Map

17th August 2013. Site Visit.
At the west end of Dog Lane, at the junction with the footpath running south near Bell Farm. A cast concrete “PUBLIC FOOTPATH” marker. According to NCC Highways there are very few of these, and they suspect they may date from the 1950s or 1960s and that they were probably installed by parish councils or the rural district councils.
Local informant suggests that these were installed in Horsford in the late 1970s [1].
