Summary

Metal-detecting in 2018 recovered a scattered Late Bronze Age/Early Iron Age hoard consisting of complete and fragmented copper alloy socketed axeheads, a socketed gouge, socketed knife, and copper alloy ingots.

August 2018. Metal-detecting. [1].
Late Bronze Age hoard typical of the Ewart Park phase.
9 socketed axeheads cosisting of 6 complete examples, 1 incomplete example, and 2 fragments.
1 socketed gouge.
1 socketed knife.
2 copper alloy ingots.
