Summary

Archaeological work at this site between 2008 and 2010 uncovered little in the way of significant remains. Trial trenching in 2008 revealed a single undated ditch and two pits or natural features with dark peat-like fills. A geophysical survey undertaken around the same time identified no anomalies of obvious archaeological signficance and a watching brief maintained during subsequent groundworks in 2009/2010 had similarly negative results. No finds were recovered.
