(S1) describes this as a detached red brick house in Flemish bond. White moulded brick cornice. Upstair right and left windows show pairs of windows with stone mullion with gothic detail between under flat heads of light gauged brick with stone corners. Slate roof. Downstairs details difficult to see for foliage but window pattern is the same and the front door has side panels.
