Map

(S1) describes this as a dark red Flemish garden wall bond brick detached villa with white brick dressings. Corbel table style moulded brick cornice, repeated on ground floor canted bays either side of central doorway. 1 over 1 sash windows with splayed stone heads. Pediment on brackets over door. Central ridge stack. The house was built sometime between 1881 and 1886 as it is not on (S2) but is visible on (S3) where it is labelled 'Ham House'.
