Summary

This terrace of six houses is thought to date to the mid-19th century and is of brown brick similar to that used in the centre of Lynn by the Paving Commissioners. The terrace is not on the Gaywood Tithe Map of 1838 but does appear on the Ordnance Survey first edition map of 1886.

(S1) describes this terrace of six houses as an attractive mid-19th century terrace of Flemish bond brown 'commissioner style' (after the Lynn Paving Commissioners) bricks. Splayed window heads with gauged brick, round arches to doorways.
This terrace is not visible on the Gaywood Tithe Map of 1838 (S2) but appears on the Ordnance Survey first edition of 1886 (S3).
