Summary

A group of mounds, perhaps representing the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow cemetery, is visible as earthworks on imagery from a 2015 lidar survey. One of the mounds (NHER 63332) may also be visible on aerial photographs. The mounds are not particularly substantial or well-defined, and their archaeological significance is uncertain. As the lidar survey was flown relatively recently, it is likely that the earthworks still survive.

A group of mounds (NHER 63331-63335), perhaps representing the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow cemetery, is visible as earthworks on imagery from a 2015 lidar survey (S1). One of the mounds (NHER 63332) may also be visible on aerial photographs. The mounds are not particularly substantial or well-defined, and their archaeological significance is uncertain. It is also possible that additional mounds visible on the lidar comprise part of this group (for example, at TL 8146 9143 and TL 8193 9124) but have not been mapped as they are very insubstantial, and their archaeological significance is too uncertain. As the lidar survey was flown relatively recently, it is likely that the earthworks still survive.
