Map

Formerly recorded under NHER 12597.

Terrace of early 19th century houses, flat fronted, very simple, three storeys. Number 8 may be timber-framed, under a brick skin. Others are externally brick.
Suggestion by [1] that the houses incorporate walls of the Fort has not been substantiated as far as is known.
E. Rose (NAU), 6 July 1977.

At some time since 1980, when (S1) was taken, these houses have lost their upper storey, it being replaced with a steeply pitched pantiled roof. They are now two-storey buildings.
A. Cattermole (King's Lynn UAD), 8 July 2019.
