Summary

Metal-detecting in 2015 and 2019 recovered a hoard of 38 medieval silver coins likely to have been deposited or lost in the final years of the 14th century.

Medieval coin hoard consisting of 24 silver coins (15 pennies, 8 groats and 1 halfgroat), all found in close proximity to one another. This hoard or purse loss likely went into the ground in the final years of the 14th century.

14 medieval silver coins (12 pennies, 1 groat and 1 halfgroat). These coins are an addendum to the hoard discovered in March 2015, which now puts the total for the hoard at 38 coins. The terminal date for the hoard is not changed by these additional discoveries.
