Full Description
October-November 2019. Metal-detecting. [1].
Medieval/post-medieval coin hoard comprising 2 silver groats of Henry VIII. These were found approximately 175m apart but in good condition, suggesting they were from the same ploughed-out deposit.
This hoard was submitted as potential Treasure (Ref: 2020 T65) but subsequently disclaimed and returned to the finder.
