Full Description
Straight parish boundary and field boundary, marked as a road on (S1), forming the boundary between the parishes of Mileham and Stanfield.
This runs south from TF 9269 2120 (possible indication in field boundaries of a northwards course also, information from A. Gregory (NAU)) becoming a modern road for a time, to TF 9343 1916.
E. Rose (NAU).
February 2008. Norfolk Aggregates Assessment Project.
The implication is that the straight boundaries and roads described above mark the line of a Roman road.
S. Tremlett (NLA), 20 February 2008.
