December 2015. Desk-based Assessment.

April 2016. Geophysical Survey.
Magnetometer survey of proposed development area (Fields 4-6).
The survey of these three small fields revealed no archaeologically-significant anomalies.
Several linear dipolar linear anomalies probably represent buried service pipes and numerous small, discrete dipolar anomalies are likely to have been caused by ferrous material in the topsoil.
See report (S3) for further details.
P. Watkins (HES), 26 August 2020.
