Listing Description excerpt:
"17th century, altered, stucco, lined and painted, pantile roof, gabled casement dormer, two-light flush-frame sash window at 1st floor, with glazing bars. Late 19th-century shop front, somewhat recessed, with wood case. Brick and flint tumbled gable at rear.
Moyshiel Restaurant [NHER 47439], Nos 44 and 48 [NHER 47866], Nos 50 to 54 (even) [NHERs 47418, 47769 and 47664], Nos 60 to 78 (even) [NHERs 47440, 47419, 47421, 47768, 64641, 47767 and 64642] and Courtyard [NHER 32080] form a group."

This listing designation was previously associated with the large building to the rear of No 74 (NHER 18633), however the above description appears to only relate to the building that fronts onto Staithe Street.
