June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Former house now office. Early 19th century. Red brick painted on west facade. Pantile roof. Corner site. Three storeys plus semi-basement. Single bay. Door in west elevation with semi-circular fanlight and wrought-iron trellis-work porch...Fascia cornice."
