January-May 2010. Geophysical survey.
Magnetometer survey of proposed development site (Area 5).
No anomalies of obvious archaeological significance were identified.
The area was dominated by 'patterned ground' geological anomalies.
A north-west to south-east aligned linear anomaly represents a ferrous pipe.
