Full Description
March 2018. Geophysical Survey.
Magnetometer survey on route of proposed A47 to North Burlingham upgrade works.
Examination of southern part of site (Area BLO9).
No anomalies of obvious archaeological interest were identified at this location.
The southern part of this site is bisected by a north-west to south-east aligned modern service pipe.
Small, scattered ferrous anomalies are likely to represent modern ferrous debris within the topsoil.

Evaluation of route of proposed A47 to North Burlingham upgrade works (Trenches 71-72)
The two trenches excavated at this location revealed no potentially archaeologically-significant features or deposits.
