Previously recorded under NHER 40056 (No 7 Vicar Street).
July 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Late 18th-century stables, later used as garage, converted to office in late 20th century. Brick rebuilding of earlier structure which retains timber studs to rear wall. Pantile roof. Details all late 20th century. Blocked segmentally-arched carriage door to left, now with 20th-century casements…three casements to first floor, the
right-hand pair (to south) blocking former hay-loft doors. Gabled roof. Interior - only ground floor inspected: nothing of interest survives. Included for group value."
