June-July 2018. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of excavation of drill pit for new sewerage pipeline (Drill Pit 2).
No archaeologically-significant features or deposits were observed.
A reasonably deep undisturbed subsoil was present beneath the topsoil.
No finds were recovered.
