27 Church Plain. Previously recorded under NHER 12025 (26 Church Plain).
April 1974. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, built with No.26 [NHER 12025] to the north. Possibly with 17th-century origins but much altered late 20th century. Rendered and whitewashed brick under a pantiled roof. Two storeys and dormer attic; two-window range. Ground floor built out in 20th-century...Gabled roof with a sloping dormer...The rear has a full-height late 20th-century outshut extension...Included for group value."
