Compiled E. Rose (NAU), 23 November 1981. Information from record card (S4).
Amended by P. Watkins (HES), 13 March 2022.
The above entry (recorded under NHER 17756) originally confused the two separate arches. The Wellington Arch (NHER 17756) is to the north of the Brandon Terrace crossing and is listed as of 1846 by John Brown. The Wellington Mews Arch, also known as the Camperdown Arch, is to the south of the crossroads and is of 1847. Its description is similar to the other but simpler.
