The exterior features yellow gault brick dressings. The north-west corner of the building is curved in order to accommodate the former railway line which served the factory. The interior retains a large porportion of mid-20th century machinery including dressers, driers, holidng tanks, storage tanks, elevators, weighters, hoppers, bagging equipment, and a control panel. This shed was originally one of a pair depicted on the 1914 Ordnance Survey map. The easternmost shed was demolished in the 1990's to make space for storing mint fermentation bins.
