Summary

This early 19th-century red brick serpentine wall was originally associated with Thorpe Lodge to the east (NHER 4650). It has a flint rubble plinth, a rounded brick coping and 20th-century structures at both ends. Although it has seen extensive rebuilding, it appears that much of the original fabric survives. A second 'crinkle-crankle' wall of a similar age lies to the north-east (NHER 65593).
