Summary

This early 19th-century red brick serpentine wall was originally associated with Thorpe Lodge to the east (NHER 4650). It has a flint rubble plinth, a rounded brick coping and a wooden gate with segmetal brick arch at one end. Although it has seen some repairs it appears that much of the original fabric survives. A second 'crinkle-crankle' wall of a similar age lies to the south-west (NHER 65592).
