Metal-detecting at this location in 2022 recovered Roman, Middle Saxon and medieval pottery sherds; Late Saxon and medieval coins and a number of other metal objects, including a Roman brooch and copper alloy jug handle; Middle Saxon pins and a prick spur and a medieval/post-medieval copper alloy ring and copper alloy vessel fragment.
