August 2014. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of groundworks associated with installation solar farm.
The stripping of the route of an internal access track revealed no archaeologically-significance remains. A pit containing fragments of post-medieval tile was observed during the subsequent excavation of a number of cable trenches.
