Summary

A dovecote is depicted at this site on the 1886 First Edition and 1905 Second Edition Ordnance Survey maps. However, by 1927 it appears to have gone as it is not depicted on the Ornance Survey map of that date.

Site of a dovecote.
A dovecote is depicted at TF 50121 17000 and labelled 'Dovecot' on the First Edition Ordnance Survey map (S1) published in 1886 and also on the Second Edition Ordnance Survey map (S2) published in 1905. By 1927 the dovecote appears to have been removed as it no longer appears on the Ordnance Survey map published at this date (S3).
