Map

'?Earthwork on AP' (rectangular).
Written on NCM 6 inch record map (S1).

One presumes the reference is to the 1946 RAF air photographs, as usual on R.R.Clarke's (NCM) notes. The relevant photograph does have a very small rectangular black mark at this point, but the blackness seems to be heather and the rectangular shape could be an illusion.
