Summary
A watching brief maintained during the construction of a new car park at this location in 2014 recorded no archaeologically-significant features or deposits. It should though be noted that the groundworks were limited, with only the uppermost portion of the topsoil layer removed.

October 2014. Watching Brief.
Maintained during construction of new car park.
No archaeologically-significant features or deposits were recorded.
The groundworks were though limited, with only the uppermost portion of the topsoil layer removed.
Metal-detecting recovered only modern objects.
