Full Description
2013. Stray Find.
Found by landowner digging for tree planting on western boundary of field at [1]:
Large fragment of worked flint object, possibly originally part of a pick roughout or similar of Late Mesolithic to Neolithic date.
This object were reported and identified via the Norfolk Archaeological Trust's 'Imagined Land' project - a community archaeology project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.

Survey undertaken (at request of landowner) as part of the Norfolk Archaeological Trust's 'Imagined Land' project - a community archaeology project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Finds recovered included:
2 undatable pieces of lead waste.
1 Roman coin.
2 post-medieval coins, a buckle, button, lead musket ball and lead weight.
Post-medieval/modern button.
