Field boundaries, probably of post medieval date, are visible as low earthworks on visualised lidar data. As the lidar survey was flown relatively recently (2017) it is likely that they still survive.

Map

June 2023. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
Field boundaries, probably of post medieval date, are visible as low earthworks on visualised lidar data (S1). They are not depicted on any readily accessible historical maps (such as the Ordnance Survey 1st edition 6 inch map), but fit the same general pattern of enclosure, suggesting that although an earlier origin cannot be ruled out, they are generally of post-medieval date. As the lidar survey was flown relatively recently (2017) it is likely that they still survive.
