Summary

A watching brief maintained during the construction of several new dwellings in 2013 recorded no archaeologically-significant remains at this location. It should though be noted that this site was only examined following the completion of these excavations.

Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of new residential dwelling (Plot 4).
By the time this site was examined it had already been stripped to formation level and a number of stanchion pits excavated. No archaeologically-significant features or deposits were observed and no finds recovered.
