Summary

A watching brief maintained during the installation of a funerary monument at this location recorded no archaeologically-significant features or deposits. It should though be noted that the groundworks didn’t reach the base of the reasonably thick subsoil layer present.

Monitoring of groundworks associated with installation of funerary monument.
An initial test pit and a larger hole subsequently excavated to accommodate the foundations for this monument both revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits. It should though be noted that these groundworks didn't reach the base of the reasonably thick subsoil layer present.
No finds were recovered.
