Full Description
Tower dated by bequests to early 16th century, but incorporates older work, also reused Norman stones and a fossil. Nave and chancel 1742 incorporating 14th century door and windows. 13th century font and memorials from older church.

Observation of construction of north extension (vestry washroom). Contexts 2 to 42 inclusive.
Revealed original wall footing, stated to be that of nave (really an aisle?) cut by 18th and 19th century vaults.
Early Saxon spindle whorl and Late Saxon sherds found.
