May-June 2018. Metal-detecting. [1].
Found in close proximity:
2 medieval coins. Both pennies of Edward I, these coins are likely to represent part of a dispersed hoard or purse loss. Their worn condition suggests they probably went into the ground during the 1320s or 1330s.
