June 1999. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
"Mausoleum. 1854 for Sir John Peter Boileau of Ketteringham Hall. Gault brick laid in Flemish bond and with ashlar dressings and quoins; roof of 4 stone slabs. Square on plan.
EXTERIOR: gabled west front with stone Doric doorcase consisting of side pilasters with capitals supporting an architrave with the Boileau arms on the keyblock. Cornice on 2 consoles. 4-panel iron door. Pedimented gable head formerly with a stone actroterion at the apex. Plain sides and rear, the sides each with 2 iron ventilation grilles. INTERIOR: not inspected."
