Map

July 2021. Aylsham and Brampton Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
A possible undated ring ditch can be seen a cropmark on aerial photographs (S1-S2). The ring ditch is approximately 19m in dimeter with an approximately 2m wide ditch. This feature is most likely a natural feature relating to a former pond or hollow. It is possible, although less likely, that the feature may be archaeological in origin. If the feature is archaeological in origin, it may relate to a former Bronze Age Barrow.
