Summary

The site of a possible Bronze Age ring ditch is seen as a cropmark on aerial photographs. The ring ditch may relate to the remains of a former Bronze Age round barrow. Geological cropmarks are seen across the area and its possible that the feature is natural in origin.

The site of a possible Bronze Age ring ditch is seen as a cropmark on aerial photographs (S1). The ring ditch may relate to the remains of a former Bronze Age round barrow. Geological cropmarks are seen across the area and its possible that the feature is natural in origin. The possible ring ditch is also situated in an area of probable multiphase boundaries (NHER 64309).
