Summary

An earthwork mound most likely relating to a Bronze Age round barrow is visible on recent (2017) visualised lidar data. The earthwork barrow was most likely part of a group of round barrows (NHER 7545) investigated in 1808.

An earthwork mound most likely relating to a Bronze Age round barrow is visible on recent (2017) visualised lidar data (S1). The earthwork barrow was most likely part of a group of round barrows (NHER 7545) investigated in 1808.The mound appears to be situated on a raised area of ground. The raised area has been mapped by extent as it is uncertain as to whether the raised area is archaeological or natural in origin. The barrow is situated under an area of woodland on recent (2020) aerial photographs (S2).
