Summary

A World War One memorial commemorating the fallen servicemen of Banningham. The memorial is in the form of a Latin cross made of limestone. It was constructed around 1920. There are no Second World War additions.

Location: St Botolph’s Churchyard, Colby Road, Banningham
Type: Latin cross
Description: The memorial is in the form of a foliate Latin cross made of limestone. It sits on a moulded plinth on top of a three-step base. The inscriptions are placed on the plinth and top step of the base; the dates are on the front face of the plinth. The dedication is on the front face of the top step with names on either side.
