Summary

A World War One memorial with World War Two additions commemorating the servicemen of Marsham. The memorial is in the form of a wheel-head cross made of granite. It was constructed around 1920.

Location: Churchyard of All Saints’ Church, Church Lane, Marsham
Type: Wheel-head Cross
Description: The memorial is in the form of a wheel-head cross made of granite. The memorial stands at around 3.3 metres tall. The cross has a tapering shaft and stands on a square plinth. The plinth is placed on a single-step platform. The inscriptions are placed on the plinth faces. At some point in the early C21, a granite plaque was added to the bottom of the memorial with copies of the inscriptions.
