Full Description
October 2023. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
Probable medieval to post medieval property boundaries and two ponds or extraction pits are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (S1) and visualised lidar data (S2). The lidar data, from a survey flown in 2017, shows that most of the features have been levelled, although one of the ponds still survived at that date.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 6 October 2023.
