Full Description
March 2024. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
Boundary ditches and/or drainage ditches, of probable medieval to post medieval date, are visible as earthworks on 1940s and later aerial photographs (S1-S3). They are not visible on visualised lidar data from a survey flown in 2017 (S4), or on the latest available Google Earth aerial photographs from 2022 (S5), and have presumably been levelled.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 21 March 2024.
