Full Description
May 2024. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project (volunteer strand).
A linear ditch and a rectilinear ditch, both of unknown date, are visible as cropmarks on Google Earth aerial photography from 2006 (S1). The linear ditch could feasibly relate to a post medieval or modern drain or to a post medieval field boundary. The rectilinear ditch may relate to a separate phase of activity, but this too is uncertain.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 23 May 2024.
