Full Description
December 2024. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
A group of small roadside enclosures, of probable medieval to post medieval date, is visible as earthworks (since levelled) and cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1-S3). The size of the enclosures and their positioning alongside a road suggests that they may relate to settlement.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 17 December 2024.
