In late 2019 a previously unrecorded World War Two Type 22 pillbox was noted at this location by a member of the public [1] and subsequently added to the 'Extended Defence of Britain Online' dataset (S1). It is partially obscured by ivy but appears to be substantially intact, although it has lost its original brick shuttering.
