Full Description
February 2025. Wendling Beck and Fransham Aerial Investigation and Mapping (AIM) Project.
Possible medieval to post medieval field boundaries are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs from 1946 (S1). The earthworks are subsequently levelled with some of the features visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs from 2019 (S2), along with further cropmark medieval to post medieval field boundaries. The possible boundaries are not recorded on the readily accessible historic maps such as S3.
