Summary

Aerial photography from the late 1950s suggests that this is the site of medieval houses. Fieldwalking in 1993 in advance of the Scole to Dickleborough road improvement scheme also recovered Roman, medieval and post medieval pottery, as well as some prehistoric worked flints.
