Summary

This is the site of a post medieval windmill marked on a map of 1797. It is known to have been a postmill replaced by a tower mill, which was shown on the tithe map of 1841. It was wrecked in January 1860, though still appeared as 'old mill' on a map of 1921. It worked in conjunction with Ebridge watermill.
