Full Description
Site of, (Ordance Survey).
Footpath on Ordnance Survey map has gone and a new house has been built very near if not on the site. Most of field is overgrown with long grass.

Two churches are mentioned at Worstead in Domesday.
The chapel was mentioned in 1256 and money was left for repair in 1529.
(S1) claims buildings over site have reused material - first statement (that site was built over by 1950s) is wrong, and no reused stone was seen by E. Rose in area.

Mr. J. Denny, North Norfolk District Council, states that in building the bungalow a careful watch was kept but that no foundations or skeletons were uncovered.

Actual site of chapel appears to be not under bungalow but under long grass nearby.
Roadways bulldozed approach no nearer than 30 - 40m east of antiquity symbol.
Natural is chalky till, no finds, features or remains seen.
