Summary
In 1972 a tunnel was discovered by ploughing at this location. This tunnel may relate to a brick kiln which was associated with the farmhouse which was built in 1720.

Full Description
1972. Near West End Farm.
Tunnel discovered in ploughing: possible brick kiln associated with farmhouse (built 1720).
Tithe map 1841 shows 'Brick Kiln Close' but no kiln etc. marked.
